The “book” itself is designed to be used along with a computer implementation that comes on a CD ROM. Each page is structured with a PowerPoint slide in the top half and a few paragraphs of text on the bottom, making it a snap for a teacher to put together lectures, or for a student to learn the material on his own, with instant review of the key points. Valuation software for pricing and hedging examples is also included, and the whole package is supported by Rubinstein's website. Rosenberg reviews this “Innovation” for the JOD.
